Delegate Miley moves to amend the bill on page 2, section 22, line 1, by striking out the word "provided" and inserting in lieu thereof the word "provider".
On page 2, section 22,line 3,following the word "service", by striking out the word "upon", and inserting in lieu thereof a period and the word "Upon".
And,
On page 2,section 22,line 15, following the word "inoperable", by striking out the comma.
